Buildings no longer simply contain the systems that provide warmth, light and safety. Smart buildings must now connect the various pieces in an integrated, dynamic and functional way.
We can help with that.
Smart buildings require smarter design. This is why clients choose TorqueIP for their design and build projects.
On time and on budget
We focus on delivering system reliability and adaptability, reduced scope creep, less duplication of time, effort and resources and reduced risk. We provide project management that understands the problems and our experience in delivering large scale, complex technology projects means we are perfect to manage your next big project.
Truly independent
TorqueIP isn’t tied to any manufacturer, system or process. We want what’s best for your needs. We measure success by the savings and value we bring.
The Internet of Things or IoT is accelerating us to do much more with less effort and one has to consider how to fix the problems of our surroundings with automation. This is where a little creativity and a deep understanding of people centric use cases, play an important role to evolve our environments to the intelligent buildings of the future.
